Does this sound like you?

You are smart, talented and hard-working, but that hasn’t yet translated into the career success you would like. Do any of these sound like you:

Scenario One:  You’ve been hoping for a promotion that hasn’t come. You’ve put your heart and soul into your job, but for some reason, you’re not getting ahead. It’s really discouraging. You’d really like to stay at your current organization, but something has to change.

Scenario Two: You’ve decided that it’s time to move on (or worse, your company has decided that for you), and you’ve started looking around. You’ve sent your resume out, maybe gone to some interviews, but so far nothing has come through. You’re starting to worry about your future.

Scenario Three: Your hard work has finally paid off with a promotion or a new job. You’re excited about the extra prestige, higher compensation, more authority. What you weren’t quite prepared for was the pressure.  There’s so much to juggle: New responsibilities. Winning over a new team. Navigating new politics. It’s overwhelming.

Whatever the scenario, you’re starting to take it personally.

You wonder if there’s something wrong with you – that you’re not enough – not talented enough, not smart enough, not confident enough, not political enough. And these thoughts are making it even harder to be effective.

The situation is starting to affect your personal life as well. You’re stressed out. Distracted. Losing sleep. Skipping workouts. Comfort eating. Maybe drinking a bit too much wine. You’re not there for your friends and family the way you want to be. All of this makes you feel even worse.

It doesn’t have to be that way…

If you’re feeling stuck in your career, consider this:

WHAT IF…

5

You could go to work every day doing what you love, and being richly rewarded for it…

5

You built a team you trust full of people who were committed to and engaged in their work every day…

5

You could turn self-doubt into a secret weapon for success and step into your leadership authentically and powerfully…

5

You knew how to set boundaries and say “no” graciously, so that work wasn’t all-consuming…

5

You earned the respect and recognition you deserve, building a reputation as a great leader and setting yourself up for future opportunities…

5

You could do all of this by tapping into your natural caring and commitment to your work and your team?

Hi! I’m Alida Zweidler-McKay

I work with smart, talented managers like you to build world class management skills. They develop an unshakable executive presence. They lead with confidence and delegate with ease. They gain recognition for their efforts—without coming across as pushy. They build strong partnerships with their colleagues, that help them get work done.

The result?

They become first in line for their NEXT promotions, accelerating their careers for the rest of their lives. Better yet, they do all of this without working longer hours. By leading more effectively, they free up time for themselves. Time they can spend with family and friends. Time for exercise, healthy eating and getting the rest they need and deserve. In other words, a better life at work and beyond.

What makes my approach so effective?

There are so many coaches out there. Many have just coached. I’ve spent the past 20 years in the trenches helping leaders build high performing teams, win support for their ideas, and implement massive changes. I know exactly what it takes to be successful in complex organizations. I get what my clients are going through and what will make a real difference for them.

See if any of these results resonate with you…

Working with me should be a safe space where you can open up about anything in your work and personal life.
Client names have been changed to honor that.

Project Team Lead

Through our work together, Kathy transformed her team from a culture of bickering and blame to one of collaborative innovation that led to their work being featured on several television programs.

Division Leader

As a division leader, Sarah was burned out and bogged down by details. With my coaching, she learned how to powerfully delegate and re-focus her energy on leading her company into a new market, which earned her a huge promotion.

Regional Vice President

Erica went from being insecure and apologetic to finding her own authoritative-yet-caring voice. Her new style of holding her team accountable resulted in the region exceeding their performance targets.

Sales Manager

Daniel needed to unite a team of sales people to work with customers in an entirely new way. Our work helped him deliver clear direction and implement structures that kept the team focused in a culture of collaboration and idea-sharing.

Watch my free webinar now and take the first steps toward a new reality in your career. You have nothing to lose. The ideas shared here can make all the difference in your leadership, and even if you decide to do nothing afterwards, you’ll walk away with highly valuable (and actionable) insights you can use right away.

Is this right for YOU?

While I would love to help everyone, I’m deeply committed to serving a very select group of clients extremely well.

That’s why I only work with professionals who are open to personal growth and reflection, who work hard at their jobs, care deeply about the people around them, and are coachable.

That means they’re willing and able to devote the time and effort to experiment with what I’m suggesting, they take ownership for their challenges, and they’re authentic in their communications. If that’s not you, we’re not a fit. If it is, I look forward to connecting once you’ve watched the workshop.
